The New Jersey Public Housing Authority Joint Insurance Fund meets monthly in accordance
with the dates, times, and locations listed in its annual meeting notice and the requirements

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 10:4-6

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-4 et seq., that the Claims Committee
of the New Jersey Public Housing Authority Joint Insurance Fund will hold special meetings,
for the purpose of discussing, in closed session, matters involving anticipated and ongoing
litigation and attorney-client privilege in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b(7).
Formal action may be taken during the dates listed.
